PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Token/Registration Money: Rs. 1 lac

Above rates are on Down Payment Plan as below:

At the time of Booking         10% of Basic

Within 30 days of Booking        90% of BSP + Other Charges + IFMS

On casting of Ground floor slab	10% of Basic Sale Price + 50%of Lease Rent
On casting of the 4th floor slab	10% of Basic Sale price + 50%of Lease Rent
On casing of 8th floor slab	10% of Basic Sale Price
On casting of 12th floor slab	10% of Basic Sale Price + 50% of Car P + FFC
On casting of Top floor slab	10% of Basic Sale price + 50% of Car P + FFC
On start of Finishing work	5% of Basic Sale Price + Club C + Power Back Up Charges
On offer of Possession	5% of Basic Sale Price + IFMS + Rest Extra Charges

Notes:

• Cheque/ Draft should be in favour of “Antriksh Golf View II or Colorful Estates Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Noida.
• Stamp duty, Registration Charges, Legal/ miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the allotee.
• Any delay in Payment will attract penal interest as per Company Policy.
• Any Government duty, tax, etc. imposed/ Charged on us, the same will be charged from the allotee on pro- data basis.
• Service Tax applicable as per Govt. Norms.
