Notes:
Cheque/ Draft should be in favour of “Antriksh Golf View II or Colorful Estates Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Noida.
Stamp duty, Registration Charges, Legal/ miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the allotee.
Any delay in Payment will attract penal interest as per Company Policy. Any Government duty, tax, etc. imposed/ Charged on us, the same will be charged from the allotee on pro- data basis.
